I just built a backup box.  10TB of storage for about $1800.  It can be done cheaper, but cheap wasn&#039;t the goal.

It&#039;s running ZFS for the filesystem, and FreeBSD 8.x as the OS.  With Bacula using it as a storage device.  bacula-sd is running on it.

But yeah, sorry about the Mac.</description>
